Which agent skills offer the best utility for ranked matches?

Seriously what agent skills actually give the best utility for winning ranked matches because I am losing my mind over here. I have been stuck bouncing between Silver 3 and Gold 1 for like three months now and it feels like no matter what I pick my utility just goes to waste. I spend my weekends grinding out maybe 10 or 15 hours of matches and half the time my teammates dont even follow up on anything I do. I read some reddit threads saying playing smoke agents like Omen or Brimstone is the way to go because smokes win games but honestly in these ranks people just walk through the smoke and headshot me anyway so I dont see the point. Then I see other guides saying I should just play duelists and flash for myself but my aim is kinda inconsistent after a long day at work so I cant always carry the fragging load. It feels like there is a massive gap between what pro players do and what actually works when you have zero communication on your team. Is it better to focus on info gathering like Sova or just go for area denial like Killjoy since people in Gold are allergic to shooting turrets apparently? I just want something that has high impact even when my team is acting like they have muted their monitors...

Re: "Honestly, silver and gold are a total circus..." - you might want to consider Fade over Sova. Be careful with those long lineups. They leave you exposed. Fade provides instant info which is much more reliable when your team isnt talking. I would suggest a solid headset too, like the HyperX Cloud II Wired Gaming Headset 7.1 Surround. You need to hear footsteps when your reveal hits.

Saw this earlier! Are you playing solo or with a duo? I used to be so scared of dying that I only played Sage just to hide behind my walls! It was fantastic for my peace of mind lol.

Wall off flank routes so nobody sneaks up.

Try a SteelSeries QcK Heavy Mouse Pad Large for extra control since its super cheap. It makes matches feel way more stable and safe tho!

Honestly, silver and gold are a total circus so i totally get the frustration. If you want reliability, stay away from smokes if your team wont play off them... it just leads to you getting timinged. I would suggest looking at agents like Killjoy because her utility is basically a sixth teammate that doesnt miss. Just be careful about where you place your turret tho, because if they destroy it early you're basically a sitting duck. Ngl, info gathering is cool but in these ranks, area denial is way safer. If your aim feels shaky after a long day, maybe look at your setup? I found that using the Logitech G Pro X Superlight Wireless Gaming Mouse 25600 DPI made my tracking way more consistent when I am tired. Make sure to keep your crosshair at head level and let the utility do the hard work for you. Its much safer than trying to hero-play every round.
