Bleed is basically bait in the current meta because the tick rate doesnt keep up with elite health pools. You really want something with a high hit frequency to capitalize on the shred mechanics of that claw. Phantom Flurry scales way better because it utilizes that 140% attack speed multiplier, allowing for near-constant uptime on the armor penetration debuff. Honestly, its all about the data behind the procs. My setup works well now that Ive optimized the frames. I also upgraded to a Razer Huntsman V2 Linear Optical Gaming Keyboard recently, and the response time feels incredibly crisp for those tight dodges. The tech just works if you align the skill speed with the items internal cooldown... Youll definitely see the damage spike once you ditch the slow Bleed ticks for raw hit count.

Agreed, bleed is bait. I shifted to Spectral Blade for flat scaling and cleared level 96 easily yesterday. My Logitech G502 HERO High Performance Gaming Mouse handles the spamming perfectly tbh.
