I've been hearing so much about AI lately and honestly it feels like everyone is speaking a different language. Im just a florist in Seattle and my daughter keeps telling me I should use it for my business social media posts but I dont even understand what it is really? Is it a robot? Is it just code? I tried looking it up on YouTube but all the videos are like an hour long and they start talking about neural networks and python and my brain just shuts off immediately. I feel so dumb asking this but I really have no idea where to start. I have about 15 or 20 minutes on my bus ride every morning so I was hoping there is an app that makes it easy to understand like Duolingo does for languages. I dont want to become a programmer or anything I just want to understand the basics so I can talk about it without sounding clueless. My budget is pretty much zero or maybe a few bucks if the app is actually good. Does anyone know a good app for a total beginner who knows basically nothing? I just need something that explains things in plain English without all the math and technical stuff...
Building on the earlier suggestion, over the years Sololearn AI Fundamentals is my top free pick. TL;DR: Sololearn for bus rides, Brilliant.org AI Foundations if you got a budget tho...
> I was hoping there is an app that makes it easy to understand like Duolingo does for languages. Im so satisfied with Enki App AI Fundamentals Course for this. It really works well for beginners because the lessons are super short and chill. No complaints here, just honestly skip those long videos and do one lesson a day on the bus. It explains AI like youre talking to a friend instead of a boring textbook. Been a total game changer for me tbh.
Can confirm this works. Did the same thing on mine and its been solid ever since.
