Look I am literally running out of time here and if I dont finish these Tier 12 dungeons by Friday I am going to lose out on the seasonal rewards and my guild is gonna kill me. I play an Openclaw and right now I am hitting a wall with clear speed. I have basically enough gold for one big respec before I am broke so I need to get this right the first time because the grind is getting way too real.
I am torn between two main paths right now. Option A is going all in on the Storm Swipe tree with the lightning chain proc. Everyone says it melts trash mobs but I tried a test run and the boss at the end took forever like seriously ten minutes just chipping away at his health bar while I dodged mechanics. Option B is focusing on Primal Rake for that heavy bleed damage and combining it with Ghost Pounce for the cooldown resets. The single target is insane but I feel like I am just standing there getting swarmed when I pull more than three mobs at once which is basically every room in the high level dungeons.
My requirements are pretty strict:
Is there some kind of middle ground I am missing? Or should I just commit to the Storm Swipe thing and hope my gear carries me through the boss fights? I saw someone talking about a hybrid Shadow Claw setup but it looks way too expensive for what I have left in my bank. I am really feeling the pressure here. Which one is gonna get me through those high level halls faster without me dying constantly? I am leaning toward the lightning stuff but I dont want to get stuck on the final boss for an hour every single time. What do you guys think...
Saw this and it took me back to my Tier 12 push last month. I was down to my last few thousand gold and failing the timer every time. I finally realized that trying to do both pure AOE and pure single target is a trap for solo players. I went with a heavy Primal Rake setup but focused on the Tear passive. It turns your single target bleed into a mini-explosion when targets die. Suddenly, the trash mobs were actually helping me kill the bosses because I would drag them into the boss room and pop them all at once. Its risky but way faster and cheaper than that Shadow setup. Here are two things that saved my run:
Honestly, Storm Swipe is great for clears but watch out for those bosses. I am super satisfied with mixing in some Iron Hide for the armor buff. Tbh if you go full glass cannon you're gonna get one-shotted in the Vaults. It works well for me to trade a bit of speed for safety. No complaints so far, just dont ignore your physical resist!
