Is there actually a way to use ChatGPT for data analysis without having to pay for a subscription? Sorry if this is a super basic question but Im really struggling here.

Basically Im a total newbie at all this stuff. I work at a small local bakery here in Ohio and my boss asked me to figure out which of our cupcakes are selling best lately so we can stop wasting money on ingredients that just sit there. I have this giant spreadsheet with like hundreds of rows of sales data from the last six months and honestly looking at it just makes my head spin. I tried to just look at it myself but I keep getting lost in all the numbers.

I heard people talking about using AI to crunch this kind of data but everything I see online seems to point towards these paid versions that cost like 20 bucks a month or more. My budget for this project is basically zero because the bakery is kinda tight on cash right now. I dont need anything fancy either I just need to know which items are the top sellers and maybe which ones to cut. Is there a free version of ChatGPT or another tool that lets me upload a file or copy/paste this stuff to get some simple charts or a list of top items?

Im kinda embarrassed that I cant even figure out a spreadsheet but I really want to impress my boss with this. Im hoping to get this sorted by Friday when we do our next supply order but right now I feel like Im just staring at a wall of text. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this for free or am I totally out of luck if I dont have the money to pay for the professional tools? Any advice would be a lifesaver...
