im literally so lost right now. sorry if this is a dumb question but i really want to run DeepSeek V4 Flash locally for a personal project i have due in like two weeks. my budget is maybe 2k max but honestly i have no idea what hardware i even need. i was looking at some gpus on ebay but everything says vram and i dont even know if my computer can handle that. do i need like a server rack or just a fancy gaming card? my logic was that maybe a couple of used 3090s would work but is that overkill or not enough? im kinda freaking out here...

Forget the rack. Just get two used NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 24GB GDDR6X cards. You need 48GB VRAM total to run it properly. Watch your power supply capacity, though.

TL;DR: The dual 3090 setup is perfect for this, but watch those power cables. Re: "Forget the rack. Just get two used..." - honestly, that dual setup works well and makes me super satisfied. Speaking of reliable power, I remember when my vintage arcade cabinet had a weird flicker and I spent weeks soldering boards just to play pac-man properly. Anyway lol, get the cards, check your wattage, and you should be golden.
