I gotta get this chatbot live for my boutique by next Monday and I'm stressing. I read that NLP is the big thing but then some forums say sentiment analysis is actually more important so customers dont get pissed off. My logic was that NLP covers it all but now I'm just confused which skill actually matters most for a fast rollout?
