The Copilot integration is amazing for document creation and it is way more reliable than some of those random Chrome extensions. I use it for making summaries of long meetings and it nails it every time! Also, for the data analysis stuff you mentioned, OpenAI ChatGPT Plus Monthly Plan is basically mandatory imo.
