I'm looking for tools that can help streamline the course creation process, especially for online learning. I've heard about various options, but I'm curious about which ones stand out in terms of features, ease of use, and pricing. adding my two cents since i've seen a lot of these tools come and go over the years. honestly before i give you a deep dive on the tech side i gotta ask... what kind of content are you actually looking to churn out? are we talking heavy video stuff or just quick text modules with basic quizzes? i've been messing with a few things lately and i think the real difference is how they handle the underlying llm. some just wrap gpt and call it a day but others are doing some clever stuff with retrieval-augmented generation. iirc a few of them were struggling with maintaining a consistent voice throughout a 10-module course. its a bit hit or miss still.
- ease of integration with your existing lms
- how they handle proprietary data (privacy is a mess usually)
- the actual quality of the ai-generated assessments not sure which one is currently the king of the hill for pricing tho because everyone seems to be changing their tiers every other week lol. what's your budget looking like?
