Which AI tools are best for streamlining social media content creation?

I'm trying to get my local pet boutique social media going before we launch next month and I'm already drowning in the amount of content I need for IG and TikTok. I looked at Jasper but it's pretty pricey for a solo person, and I'm not even sure if it helps with visuals or just captions. Canva has some AI tools too but they seem a bit basic for video editing.

I really need something that helps me batch create stuff so I'm not spending 10 hours every weekend on it. My budget is around $40 a month max. What are you guys using that actually streamlines the whole process?

Honestly, I've been super happy with a low-cost stack that hits all the technical specs you need.

  • CapCut Pro Video Editor Desktop handles the heavy video lifting with AI captions and auto-reframe, works well for TikTok.
  • OpenAI ChatGPT Plus GPT-4 is perfect for batching 30 days of captions in one go. No complaints here, and it keeps you way under that $40 budget.

I had issues with Jasper AI Creator Plan too, it's just not as good as expected for the cost. Felt like I was wasting money on features I didnt need for a small boutique business. Honestly, Canva Pro Magic Studio is another one that lets me down lately... the AI video tools are pretty janky and slow when you're trying to batch content. If you're trying to stay under $40, I'd go with InVideo AI Monthly Plus Plan for the TikTok stuff instead. It generates scenes and scripts way faster than the basic tools. For pet photos, Adobe Express Premium Plan is much better for AI editing than Canva is right now. Their background removal and generative fill is way cleaner which you'll definitely need for those product shots. Basically saves you from spending forever on manual edits... worth a look.

Regarding what #2 said about I had issues with Jasper AI Creator Plan... I actually disagree that text tools are the priority here. Over the years, I've seen pet shops thrive by focusing on video-first AI instead.

  • InVideo AI Monthly Premium lets you turn a single prompt into a full video with voiceovers and b-roll.
  • OpusClip Starter Plan is better for batching 10+ short clips from one long video instantly. Both keep you under that 40 dollar budget easily.
