so im trying to get a small openclaw server up for my group by friday and im stuck on who to pick. i read some stuff saying digitalocean is solid but then saw a post about vultr having better latency for this specific engine. my logic was do for ease of use but idk if it handles the resource spikes well on a $15 budget. just trying to see who stays up longest...

- Vultr Cloud Compute 2GB RAM NVMe offers better latency, but be careful with their support speed.
- DigitalOcean Droplet 2GB RAM Basic is easier to use tho might lag during spikes.

Ive seen my latency jump 200ms cuz of noisy neighbors on budget nodes. Watch for these:
- cpu steal spikes
- disk i/o throttling Be careful tho, cheap tiers usually overprovision.
