Ive been using simple API calls in Apps Script for months to automate some SEO reporting for my freelance clients, but the quota limits are killing me lately. I really need something more stable for handling bulk exports. Are there any plugins or middleware tools you guys swear by for this, preferably with a free tier or at least cheap?

Just catching up on this thread. I honestly ditched most middleware because the subscription costs started eating my margins alive. I ended up moving my heavy lifting over to Google Cloud Vertex AI for the API stability. It takes a bit more setup time than those drag-and-drop tools, but the pay-as-you-go pricing model is way cheaper for bulk exports. You basically pay for what you use and the latency is pretty solid imo.

Honestly, I totally get the struggle with Apps Script quotas. They are a total pain when you start scaling up bulk exports. I switched over to Zapier Starter Plan a while ago for my own reporting workflows and honestly, it just works. It handles the connections so much better than writing my own scripts, and it keeps my logs clean without me constantly chasing down timeout errors. The free tier is decent if your volume is low, but the paid tier is worth it if you're pushing a lot of data for clients. Another solid option I have used when I need more granular control is Make Core Plan. It is honestly way more flexible than Zapier if you like visual builders. I have been really satisfied with how it handles arrays and mapping data from the API responses directly into my sheets. It has a pretty generous free tier too, so you can test it out before committing. No complaints so far, and it saved me so much time. Just stop banging your head against those quota walls, lol. Give one of those a shot and your SEO reports will basically run themselves.
