Best hardware configuration to run DeepSeek locally?

I am so pumped to finally get DeepSeek running on my own rig but the hardware requirements are honestly a bit confusing. Im torn between grabbing a used RTX 3090 or just splurging on a 4090. Got about 2k to spend before next month. Will the 3090 cut it or is it worth the extra cash for the 4090?

Honestly, grab two used NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 24GB GDDR6X instead of one NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 24GB GDDR6X. You need that 48GB VRAM total for decent local inference.
