Best hardware setup for running DeepSeek V4 Flash locally?

Im totally lost here. I keep reading about DeepSeek V4 Flash but dont know what hardware I need to actually run it at home. My budget is like 2k and I need it for local coding tasks. Do I need a massive GPU or just lots of ram? Im so stressed about buying the wrong stuff...
