Honestly, building a dual NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 24GB GDDR6X rig is gonna be way more headache than you want, especially if you aren't trying to deal with power supply issues or heat all day. I've tried many DIY setups over the years and the power draw alone is a nightmare for a home office. If you have 3k, just go for the Apple Mac Studio M2 Ultra 64GB Unified Memory. The memory bandwidth on those chips is insane compared to standard consumer GPUs and it just works out of the box. You wont have to mess with drivers or worry about your room turning into a sauna. Just make sure you get enough unified memory because these models eat RAM for breakfast. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and stick to the Mac.
