Been grinding since beta and usually cruise through Diamond but man the last week has been a total disaster. Im prepping for a local tourney this Saturday and I feel like I suddenly dont know how to play the game anymore. My Sova lineups are getting countered instantly and I keep getting caught out by these insane aggressive double-controller setups. Its like the whole pace of the game shifted overnight and my old fundamentals arent cutting it. I need to fix this fast before the weekend hits because I dont want to let my team down. What are the absolute must-have agent skills or micro-mechanics for players trying to actually survive in the current meta right now?
Honestly the meta is moving so fast right now that relying on those old lineups is risky. Its safer to focus on basic info gathering and solid positioning tho. I use the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Wireless Gaming Mouse for reliable micro-adjustments.
TL;DR: Focus on movement tech. In my experience, lineups are bait now. I use Wooting 60HE+ Hall Effect Analog Keyboard for rapid trigger to counter those aggressive controller pushes.
Im hitting a wall with this too. My tracking data shows a 15% spike in early utility usage that's punishing my setups. Not sure, but I think someone mentioned timing windows for executes changed recently... iirc there was a dev note about it. Honestly, I'm struggling to find a fix without wasting money on expensive coaching or VOD reviews just to keep up tho.
