What are the safest AI tools for elementary school kids?

What are the absolute safest AI tools for elementary school kids right now because I need something by Monday for my daughters science fair project? Ive been using ChatGPT and Midjourney for my work for ages so Im not a total noob with LLMs but I just realized how much weird stuff comes up when she tries to ask simple questions about space.

Im looking for stuff that has really tight guardrails and maybe doesnt require a full account because Im paranoid about her data being scraped. I can spend maybe 20 bucks a month but I just havent found a kid-safe layer that actually works well without it being too restrictive or just plain dumb...
