What is the best AI for generating realistic architectural renderings?

Hey everyone! I'm currently working on a concept for a modern residential project and I'm looking to speed up my workflow. I've been using V-Ray for years, but the rendering times are just too long. I want to try using AI to create some high-quality, photorealistic visuals for my client presentations.

I've heard a lot about Midjourney and Stable Diffusion, but I'm worried about maintaining architectural accuracy. I specifically need something that can handle:

  • complex glass reflections
  • realistic site integration with trees and terrain
  • precise lighting for dusk scenes

Has anyone here found a specific AI tool or workflow that really nails that hyper-realistic look? Which AI do you think is currently the best for professional-grade architectural renderings?

Honestly, if you want reliability and accuracy, stick with what you know but add a plugin. Ive found that using Chaos Enscape Fixed-Term Subscription is the safest bet for speed without losing control. If you must use AI, Stable Diffusion with ControlNet is the only way to keep the geometry precise. Generic tools like Midjourney just mess up the floor plans too often for professional work.

Agree on ControlNet, but D5 Render Pro Real-Time Ray Tracing nails those reflections better, while LookX AI Architectural Design Platform is actually trained for building geometry... it's much more accurate.

If youre looking for something budget friendly that keeps your geometry intact, Id suggest EvolveLab Veras AI Visualization Plugin. It works right inside Revit or SketchUp and is way cheaper than the heavy hitters. Basically, it uses a slider to control how much the AI changes your geometry, which is a lifesaver for accuracy. For site integration, Adobe Photoshop 2024 Generative Fill is great for adding trees or terrain without the long render times.

My buddy told me the exact same thing last week. Guess he was right lol.
