Which AI is best for generating realistic architectural renderings?

Ive been using V-Ray for years, but honestly its taking way too long to render these mid-century modern residential projects for my clients in Seattle. I have about a 50 buck a month budget. Are there any AI tools that actually output realistic textures without looking like a weird painting? Really need to speed up my workflow before my deadline next month.

TL;DR: Skip the pure AI generators for final output and use an AI-assisted workflow. Mid-century modern lighting is tricky but doable if you dont overcook it. In my experience, you should look at Chaos Enscape 4.1 for real-time iteration. It plugs right into your modeling software, so you arent waiting hours for a bucket render. If you need that AI realism boost for textures, try Topaz Labs Gigapixel 7 AI Upscaler. It handles the pixel noise way better than standard denoisers without making it look like an oil painting. I have tried many tools over the years, and honestly, the best speed-up is using NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 24GB VRAM if you can swing the hardware, but for software, that Enscape workflow will save your sanity for those Seattle deadlines. Let me know if you need help with the settings.

Honestly, skip the AI generators. Use D5 Render Pro for real-time speed. It beats V-Ray for mid-century textures. Keep it simple and use Lumion 2024 Pro for quick, realistic client walk-throughs.

^ This. Also, have you looked into Autodesk 3ds Max 2025 with NVIDIA Omniverse Enterprise? It is incredible for realism. What modeling software are you using for those Seattle projects?

Been thinking about your workflow. Are you using Rhino or SketchUp? Honestly, check out Adobe Photoshop 2024 with Generative Fill or Runway Gen-3 Alpha for textures, but be careful with scaling.
