So I've been messing around with Python and basic data structures for like five years now so I thought I could just teach my little brother the basics of machine learning myself but man I am a terrible teacher. My logic was that we could just jump into some Jupyter notebooks but he got lost immediately on the syntax alone.

I looked at Brilliant and it seems okay for the logic part but I need something that actually feels like an app since he's on his phone all the time. I've got a $40 budget for a decent sub for him before his winter break starts in two weeks. Is there anything that actually makes neural networks make sense without hitting a math wall? Maybe something like Mimo but for AI?...
