Honestly, most mobile coding platforms are pretty disappointing when you actually try to get into the math behind neural networks. I had high hopes for Sololearn Python and Data Science Course since it is native, but unfortunately it is way too basic for anything beyond syntax. It lacks the depth needed for backpropagation theory and the offline mode is buggy as hell. Its basically useless for serious technical specs. I tried Brilliant Interactive Learning Premium Subscription for a while. The UI is significantly better and it doesnt crash like mobile Chrome does. It focuses heavily on logic and neural net foundations which is nice for a train ride. Problem is, you dont get to write actual code. It is all conceptual puzzles. Great for visual learners, but not as good as expected if you want to see a loss function in action. The Coursera Mobile App for iOS and Android is probably the only one that actually lets you download video lectures for when the signal drops in the subway. It still feels clunky tho. The peer review system on mobile is basically broken, so dont even try to grade assignments while commuting. Stick to watching the Andrew Ng lectures and save the coding for a laptop. Most of these AI apps are just wrappers for basic quizzes tbh. Not exactly the deep dive youre likely looking for.
