I have been super satisfied lately with Phrase Localization Platform for my technical stuff. It handles those long-context dependencies way better than the basic tools, and honestly, the layout stays pretty much perfect most of the time. If you want something even more focused on the formatting side, Pairaphrase Business Subscription is another one i've used that works well. It is basically designed for translating docs like yours without making the images jump around everywhere. Phrase is more of a full suite with a bit of a learning curve, while Pairaphrase is super easy to just jump into... literally just drag and drop. No complaints with either after months of use tho.
