What are the best free tools to analyze ChatGPT data?

So I have been using ChatGPT for my small Etsy shop in Ohio to write all my product descriptions and customer emails for the last few months, but now I have this giant pile of chat logs and I have no clue how to actually look at them properly. Like, I wanna know what topics I talk about the most or if my tone is actually consistent but I am honestly so lost. I dont have a budget for fancy software since this is just a side hustle and im pretty much a total tech newbie here. I tried looking at the export file but it just looks like a massive wall of code or something and my eyes started glazing over immediately.

Is there anything free or at least super simple that can help me make sense of all these chats? I just need to figure out what stuff is working and what isnt so I can stop wasting time on stuff that doesnt sell. Sorry if this is a really dumb question but I feel like I am missing something obvious here. Does anyone know a way to analyze this stuff without needing a degree in computer science...

Had a moment to think about this, and honestly, keep your data private. You dont need fancy tools that leak your shop secrets. I am quite satisfied using these two methods:

LibreOffice Calc 7.6 is a safe, free offline suite that handles large files perfectly.

Notepad++ 8.6 is great for quickly scanning large text files without any weird formatting issues. Just stick to local software for security. It works well and costs absolutely nothing.
