Best API providers to access DeepSeek models?

Honestly so fed up with the official DeepSeek API right now. I have been trying to get it to work for my local side project—im just trying to build a simple discord bot for my friends in the UK—but the rate limits are absolutely killing me. It feels like every time I actually get a good response back it just errors out or goes down for maintenance. Its been like this for three days and im honestly about ready to just switch to something else entirely if I cant find a more stable way to run these calls.

Im working on a pretty tight budget so I really cant afford to jump to some enterprise-tier massive provider that costs a fortune, but I also cant keep dealing with these constant outages. I need something that wont flake out on me every five minutes.
