Which AI learning platform offers the best mobile experience?

I spend like 45 minutes on the L train every morning here in Chicago and really want to start diving into AI during that time. I looked at Coursera but honestly their app feels so clunky for doing anything besides watching videos.

Then I saw DataCamp has a mobile app that looks way better but I'm worried it's too much like a game and I wont actually learn the heavy stuff. My budget is about $30 a month so I dont want to waste it. Does anyone know which platform actually has a solid mobile experience where you can actually practice without it being a nightmare on a small screen?
