honestly getting so fed up with the vanilla chatgpt interface it just feels so clunky and slow when im trying to get work done. i have this massive marketing deck due by friday morning and copying every single response into a google doc is literally killing my soul. so i was thinking there has to be a better way to organize these prompts right? my logic was to find something that helps with folders or maybe auto-saving but every time i search the chrome store it just looks like a bunch of sketchy bloatware. im actually getting kinda anxious about finishing this on time. what are you guys actually using to make this thing usable for heavy daily work? i need something reliable...

OMG I totally feel your pain with that Friday deadline!! Its the worst when you're stuck copy-pasting for hours. Since you want to stay safe and save money, I definitely suggest sticking to the lightweight, open-source stuff. I love it when tools actually make life easier without those annoying monthly subs!

Building on the earlier suggestion, I've unfortunately found most lite tools arent as good as expected for heavy work. Previous attempts using basic scripts led to lost prompts. Honestly, Superpower ChatGPT for Chrome Sync and Export is your best bet. It handles folders and bulk exports way better than the vanilla UI. The free tier is solid and fixes workflow issues... definitely worth it for that marketing deck.

Honestly, I have been down this rabbit hole and most of what you find is unfortunately just bloated garbage that slows down your browser. I had major issues with several popular ones that kept crashing my tabs or losing my history. It is really disappointing how many power user tools are just sketchy wrappers for basic scripts that stop working the second OpenAI updates the site. If you are doing heavy lifting for a marketing deck, you should probably check out Superpower ChatGPT Extension Chrome Store Version. It is the only one I have found that handles proper folder organization and searching through old chats without being a total mess. Another solid option is AIPRM for ChatGPT Premium Extension for prompt management, though I will admit the UI has become quite cluttered lately. It is not as clean as it used to be, but for organizing high-level work, it is basically the industry standard right now. Stick to those and ignore the rest of the store.
