I just started this tiny candle business in Seattle and honestly I am so overwhelmed with the social media side of things. I feel like I spend hours just trying to think of what to write for one Instagram post and it is driving me crazy lol. I keep hearing people say ChatGPT can do all the marketing stuff for you but I literally have no idea how that works or where to even start.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but is it just the website or are there like specific apps that connect to it? I only have about 30 bucks a month to spend on this so I dont want to waste money on something too high tech. What are the top tools for automating this kind of content?

Over the years, I've found AIPRM for ChatGPT Premium Subscription is the best shortcut.

  • Thousands of pre-made prompts
  • Pro marketing templates It saves me hours of typing.

I tried to build a fully automated pipeline for my own business last year and honestly it was a pretty disappointing experience. I had this complex setup using a specific API and a logic-based automation tool, but the reliability was just never there. I constantly dealt with prompt drift where the model would slowly start ignoring my constraints or hallucinating weird details about my specs. It was frustrating. I ended up spending way more time debugging the technical integrations and proofreading errors than I would have just writing the posts myself. I learned that these complex systems often fail right when youre busy. My current setup is much more manual now because I realized I couldnt trust a fully automated flow to keep the quality consistent. Its a shame because the hype makes it sound so easy, but for actual reliable business work, it still needs way more babysitting than people admit.

tl;dr: Stick with the official ChatGPT plus a design tool to stay under budget. I have been using OpenAI ChatGPT Plus Subscription GPT-4o Model for a while now and honestly, I am so satisfied with the results. It is way better than the free version because you can create your own "GPTs" that are trained specifically on your candle scents and brand voice. It costs 20 bucks a month. To make the actual posts, I am happy with Canva Pro Individual Monthly Subscription. It has this Magic Media tool that uses AI to generate images or layouts from your ChatGPT text. The workflow is basically: generate captions in ChatGPT, paste into Canva, and use the "Bulk Create" feature to make 30 posts at once. It keeps your total spend around 32 to 35 dollars which is basically what you wanted. Works well for me every time.
