Im honestly hitting a wall trying to find something affordable for my real estate videos here in Austin. I need to churn out professional looking house tours but the pricing on these AI tools is just insane lately. I looked into Runway because everyone raves about it but their credit system is a total rip-off if youre actually working on long projects. I also checked out Descript but its kinda clunky for actual visual editing and feels more like a podcast thing.

I really need to stay under $20 a month because Im just starting out and cant be dropping hundreds on subs. Most of the cheap ones look like garbage and dont have proper features. Which AI tool actually offers the lowest price for professional-level video editing without hidden fees?

To add to the point above: I honestly have to disagree politely on those being the best bang for your buck. I have had issues with the export quality on those mobile-first tools, and unfortunately, they end up being way more expensive than they look once you start needing more storage or better assets. It is pretty disappointing how many AI tools are just skins for the same basic tech these days. For under $20, I would actually recommend InVideo AI Plus Plan for the automation side of things. But if you want a truly professional look for those Austin listings, just grab DaVinci Resolve 19 Free Version. The AI-powered stabilization and color matching are incredible for real estate tours, and it costs literally nothing. Most of these new AI startups are honestly just overcharging for stuff you can do better in a proper editor... just takes a bit of time to learn the ropes.

Over the years Ive tried many, but CapCut Desktop Pro Monthly Subscription wins. It beats Wondershare Filmora 13 Video Editor on price. Check their official tutorials for fast house tours!
